The inspiration behind Ange's Rant is Angelo Pisano Bass player from Melbourne, Australia.
After many years playing in cover bands, a decision was made to pay homage to the artists that have influenced his musical journey.
Ange's Rant music is groove-based, touching on Funk ,Rock,Soul and throw in some Disco/Pop with an 80's flavour, always quirky and fun, with an emphasis on keeping you movin!.
Ange's Rant has launched with a debut 13 track recording “Another Time”.
The recording was made possible with the Collaboration of multi-instrumentalist Alexandre Lourie adding all the Tenor Alto and Soprano Saxophone, Flute, Electronic Saxophone and Keys.
Guitarist John Azzopardi, played all the Guitar parts and Funky Wah sounds.
With a slight elbow twist, Ange, convinced Chris Birdman, Lyricist and Vocalist to jump on board and apply the stories to the grooves.
Additional contributions by Lou Harbis, laying down all the Drums with his unique style.
Special mention to French Pianist Vincent Camus for playing Keys in the track Ange's Rant.
And Joe Casamento for his Synth arrangement on the track Another Time.
With the intention to keep adding new music we are now in the process of recording and releasing new tracks with the very talented Mr Stephen Joyce applying his wonderful skills in Producing along with Guitar and Keyboard contributions!
